<br />may be used: aerial photographs, fire insurance maps, !m'operty mx files, land title records (although these cannot be the sole
<br />historical source consuked), topographic maps, city directories, building department records, or zoning/land use records.

<br />Aerial Photographs
<br />Aerial photographs are a valuable historical resource for documenting past land use and can be particularly helpful when
<br />other historical sources (such as city directories or fu-e insurance maps) are not reasonably ascertainable. The EDR

<br />private agencies for the state of Minnesota. EDR's professional field-based researchers provide digitally
<br />reproduced historical aerial Photographs at approximately ten year inrervals.
