FY2003 Appropriations <br />Sabo Allocates $164.16M for MN Projects <br />Funding Included in FY2003 Omnibus Appropriations Agreement <br />February 13, 2003 <br /> <br /> Washington, D.C. -- Congressman Martin Olav Sabo (D-MN), ranking Democrat on the House <br /> Transportation Appropriations Subcommittee and a member of the Defense and Interior Subcommittees, <br /> announced today $164.16 million in federal funding for Minnesota. The funding was included at the <br /> direction of Congressman Sabo. <br /> "Every year l fight hard in the annual Appropriations process to make sure that Minnesota gets its fair <br /> share," explained Sabo. "Providing for our state and my district's many interests is one of my most <br /> important responsibilities, and I am proud to be able to support so many important projects in 2003." <br /> Below is a list of over 35 projects that will receive federal funds at Sabo's request.
