Contract for Grant Services Dec. 12, 2008; <br />As a condition of any award of technical assistance funds, the above-referenced Community <br />Applicant (hereinafter the "Applicant") must agree to participate in planning activities for the <br />purposes of securing Neighborhood Stabilization Plan (NSP) grant funds from Minnesota <br />Housing for foreclosure recovery efforts.
