As a <br />result of a recent request for a setback variance to allow an agricultural <br />building within 300 feet of a neighboring residence and conditional use <br />permit to allow an agricultural use, keeping horses, on a platted three acre <br />parcel, the following issues were raised: <br /> <br />· The difficulty in holding property owners accountable to a setback <br /> requirement from something over which they have no control over and <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway ° P.O.
