I found that only the two most easterly <br />parcels that are owned by St. Andrew's Church were assessed for this improvement. The <br />remainder of their property to the west of Holt Avenue was not assessed. The two parcels <br />in question that were assessed are shown on the attached drawing. The first one, Pin No. <br />75-404-0112, was assessed for 97.27 front feet at $20.00 per foot, for a total of <br />$1,945.40. The second parcel, Pin No. 75-404-0100, was assessed for 91.8 front feet at <br />$20.00 per foot for street plus the storm sewer cost for the stub that was extended to serve <br />the future church expansion. The street assessment was $1,836.00.
