How long will it take to complete a course? <br />A. Each course takes approximately 20-60 minutes, depending on Internet connection speed. <br />Q. Who will know status of each individual's training courses? <br />A. FirstNet Learning database automatically collects training information for each individual. Your selected <br />supervisor(s) will have access to this database and be able to track each person's training status. <br />Q. What requirements does my computer need to take this online training? <br />A. Online courses are accessible from any Internet connection. Minimum requirement is Internet Explorer (IE) 4.0 <br />or Netscape (Net) 4.0 browser set at 800 x 600 (or higher) monitor resolution. To view interactive portions of <br />each course, you will need FLASH, which is included in IE 4.0 or Net 4.0 or newer browsers. FLASH is an <br />easy and free one minute download available at MACROMEDIA. <br />
