Two <br />people indicated a desire in this position by signing this posting. They are Wade Lovelette and <br />Mark Fuchs. <br />Wade is currently the Electric Line Foreman and has been employed with us since November <br />1981. Mark is currently Lead Lineman and has been employed with us since July 1986. Both <br />are long term employees who know the electric system very well. Attached is a document <br />prepared by each candidate telling a little about themselves and why they want this position. <br />Below are some questions that could be asked during the interview process. <br />1) What interests or hobbies do you have outside the workplace. <br />2) You have been in the electric utility distribution business as a lineman for many years, <br />what do you like best about this business and what do you like least about this business. <br />3) What are the personal goals you have for yourself or where do you see yourself in S <br />years. <br />4) This position requires dealing with contractors, vendors, customers and employees on a <br />daily basis, how do you feel you will do in this environment. <br />5) Tell us about a time when you had to juggle multiple projects at once. <br />6) Tell us about a time you had a disagreement with a co-worker. <br />7) What has been your exposure to the NESC code. <br />8) A safe working environment is important and is a large part of this position. What is <br />your approach to safety. <br />9) What is your approach to maintenance of equipment (vehicles, distribution system, <br />substations). <br />10) How would you make a cost estimate for a project. <br />11) If you received a call at 2:00 a.m. in the morning informing you that West Substation <br />Bank 1 lost power, how would you proceed. <br />
