We have done a number of repairs but the leaks continue <br />to get worse. <br />Staff has prepared plans and specifications and secured quotations. Attached is a bid tabulation <br />reflecting the results of the bid. Staff recommends the project be awarded to the lowest <br />responsive bidder, McDowall Company. <br />
