These pay estimates have been reviewed and approved <br />by RJM construction, architect (BWBR, HSKI) ox department head in charge of the project. <br />The original approved amount on 09/02/08 was $69,780 and some scope modifications reduced the <br />contract sum by $5,204. A change order in the amount of $6,085.70 was processed for the River Walk <br />project which related to repairing existing culverts, additional fill, and additional pavers to match <br />downtown pavers. The construction payments will be approved by the EDA and <br />the City Council.
