Box 490
Elk River, MN 55330

RE: ORONO LAKE 3RD ADDITION FEASIBILITY STUDY

Dear Council Members:

As requested, attached is a resolution for your consideration which orders a feasibility
study for City utilities and permanent streets in the Orono Lake 3rd Addition. This area
would include Denver Street, Fresno Street, 182nd Avenue, and 183rd Avenue. As you
are aware, Fresno Street was rebuilt and utilities installed with the Heritage Landing 1 st
Addition project. However, the residents along Fresno Street were not assessed for the
sanitary sewer and water. Therefore, they should be included in this feasibility study.

If you have any questions or comments regarding the scope of the study, I will be in
attendance at your May 13, 1996, City Council meeting.

Sincerely,

MSA, CONSULTING ENGINEERS
Terry J.
