(e) Additional.rtandardr. The following additional standards apply in the BP district: <br />(3) Koaftop orground electrical equipment,• .rign.r. <br />b. Notwithstanding the provisions of subdivision II of division 5 of this article, the following <br />requirements regarding signage shall be met: <br />1. All freestanding signage shall be of a monument style sign and have a maximum size of 64 square <br />feet and height of eight feet. <br />2. One on-premises business wall sign per occupancy, not to exceed two square feet in sign area for <br />each linear foot of the building frontage up to a maximum of 128 square feet per occupancy, is <br />permitted. <br />Sec. 30-1583. CRT commercial reserve transitional district <br />(c) Accessory uses. <br />(4) Temporary Signs as permitted in Section 30-851 et seq. <br />(5) Permanent signs, as follows: <br />a. One freestanding business sign per premise, not to exceed one square foot in sign area for each <br />linear foot of street frontage, with the following stipulations: <br />Freestanding signs shall be no larger than 210 square feet or higher than 35 feet. Freestanding signs <br />shall have a minimum setback of ten feet from any property line measured to any portion of the sign <br />and a minimum clearance of eight feet above any vehicular use area and over any pedestrian use area. <br />b. Businesses shall be allowed a maximum of three on-premise business wall signs per occupancy. <br />The maximum combined sign area per building shall not exceed two square feet per linear foot of <br />building frontage, up to a maximum accumulation of 300 square feet per occupanry. Businesses shall <br />be allowed at least 50 square feet of wall signage regardless of building dimensions. <br />Page 12 of 12 <br />
