ORDINANCE 08- <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING <br />SECTION 74-1 RELATING TO DEFINITIONS FOR TRAFFIC <br />REGULATIONS AND SECTION 74-101 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES RELATING TO PARKING ON CITY STREETS FOR <br />LONGER THAN 24 HOURS <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />S~l~,s}xgks to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />Section 1. That section 74-1 titled, D~nitions, of the City of Elk River Code of <br />Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: <br />The words, combinations of words, terms or phrases used in this chapter and defined in <br />Minn. Stats. ~ 1 /~ 169.011 shall have the meanings given them by that section. <br />Section 2. That section 74-101 titled, Parking on Street for Longer Than 24 Hours, of <br />the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances, shall be amended to read as follows: <br />(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to leave, park, permit, or allow any meter vehicle, <br />recreational vehicle, or trailer, to stand or remain upon any city street or right-of--way for <br />more than 24 hours at any time. <br />(b) Violations of this section are punishable as provided in section 74-91. <br />Section 3.
