Proposed Text: <br />Section 30-1583 (c) 4. <br />(1) Temporary signs as permitted in Section 30-851 et seq. <br />(2) Permanent signs. <br />a. One freestanding business sign per premise, not to exceed one square foot in sign <br />area for each linear foot of street frontage with the following stipulations: <br />Freestanding signs shall be no larger than 210 square feet or higher than 35 feet. <br />Freestanding signs shall have a minimum setback of ten feet from any property line <br />measured to any portion of the sign and a minimum clearance of eight feet above any <br />vehicular use area and over any pedestrian use area. <br />b. Businesses shall be allowed a maximum of three on-premise business wall signs per <br />occupancy. The maximum combined sign area per building shall not exceed two square <br />feet per linear foot of building frontage, up to a maximum accumulation of 300 square <br />feet per occupancy. Businesses shall be allowed at least 50 square feet of wall signage <br />regardless of building dimensions. <br />c. Two on-premise construction signs not to exceed an aggregate of 64 square feet in <br />sign area for each street frontage of a construction project. Such a sign may be erected <br />30 days prior to beginning of construction and shall be removed 30 days following <br />completion of construction.
