Review: The terms and conditions of this Permit and compliance by the <br />Permittee shall be subject to review by the City prior to January 31, 2009. <br />The City reserves the right to revoke, amend, or impose additional conditions <br />on the Facility or the Permittee at such time taking into account the <br />advancement of scientific knowledge relative to the health effects of the <br />Facility, the Permittee's degree of compliance with current Permit conditions, <br />and the criteria and standards of the City Code and Minnesota law. <br />The undersigned, on behalf of the respective Permittees, jointly and severally, <br />represent and bind their respective Permittees to the terms of this Permit, having fully <br />examined this Permit and all materials referred to herein and agree to all the <br />conditions set forth.
