EXHIBIT D <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />PLUMBING PERMIT FEES <br />The Chief Building Inspector, before issuing any permit for the installation of any plumbing <br />work, fixture, or device, shall require the payment by the applicant for such permit of fees in <br />the amount herein provided. <br />Minimum Fee <br />In no case shall the fee charged for any permit issued by the Chief Building Inspector be less <br />than Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) plus state surcharge. <br />Permit Fee for Plumbing <br />For any permit for plumbing, the fee shall be one and one-half percent (1.5%) of the valuation <br />of the work. <br />Vage ] 1 of 11 S:A~~dministration\hee Schedule\2U09\Proposed 2009.doc <br />
