As a Conditional Use Permit is not a Building Permit, the applicant shall apply for all <br />require permits. <br />2. A sign permit will be required for each exterior sign. <br />3. Only two (2) wall signs shall be allowed. <br />4. All comments of the Fire Chief memo dated November 5, 2008 shall be addressed. <br />Summary <br />The applicant is proposing to operate a restaurant capable of seating up to ~0 people in addition to oxder- <br />carryout options. Class II restaurants are listed as a Conditional Use Permit in the C3 zoning district. <br />Plannin__~ Commission Discussion <br />The one question the Planning Commission had asked was if there was a freestanding sign on the site and <br />if that was counted as one of the three allowed.
