Ach, City Planner ~ <br /> April 11, 1996 <br /> <br /> Conditional Use Permit Request <br /> by Menards, Inc., Public Hearing <br /> Case No. CU 96-2 <br /> <br />Issue <br /> <br />Menards, Inc. is requesting a conditional use permit for site plan approval to <br />construct a 160,680 square foot commercial building in Hillside Crossing II <br />planned unit development. <br /> <br />Location <br /> <br />The southeast corner of Highway 169 and 197th Avenue <br /> <br />Zoning/Land Use <br /> <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) / HB (Highway Business) <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />· Memo from City Engineer dated 4/8/96 <br />· Revised development plans dated 4/8/96 <br />· Report to the Planning Commission dated 3/26/96 <br /> <br />Planned Unit Development <br /> <br />The proposed project is located in Hillside Crossing II planned unit <br />development. The City Council recently approved the master development <br />plan for this area along with a preliminary and final plat. Menard's plans <br />are consistent with the development plans previously approved. Future <br />projects will also have to comply with the PUD's guidelines.
