Citizens <br />may defer special assessments if they are 65 years of age or older or retired by virtue of permanent and <br />total disability. In addition, applicants must meet the income guidelines. <br />Robert Neumann has applied for a senior citizen deferral of the 2008 Street Overlay assessment for his <br />property at 530D Auburn Place (parcel number 75-435-0332).
