It is' also planned that <br />some day in the future, County Road 77 on the south would be lowered to better <br />match the final reclamation elevation of this site and the site to the south. <br />6. The Reclamation Plan shows a horizontal distance of 50 feet from the right-of--way <br />to the top of the slope on the south adjacent to County Road 7?. This exceeds clear <br />zone widths as laid out in the MnDOT Municipal State Aid Guidelines; therefore, <br />it is likely that no additional safety measures would be necessary, such as fencing <br />ar guardrails in this area. <br />7.
