The Personal <br /> Profile System isan extremely useful tool for providing training to <br /> support this need. Participants can better understand themselves <br />' and others and place themselves in environments that promote <br /> sucx:ess. The infom~ation from these profiles can also serve as a <br />' basis for creating a motivating environment, coaching, career <br /> counseling, communication, and identifying individual training <br />' plans.
