LEE COLBY <br />Consultant <br />Lee Colby & Associates <br />..Lee Colby has been an independent consultant for 20 years: Her areas of expertise <br />are assertive communication, team building, change management, individual <br />development coaching, leadership development, and customer service. Lee <br />specializes in understanding how attitudes and assumptions influence behavior. The <br />focus of her work has been two fold: how people's attitudes affect theirproductiviry <br />and designing techniques to transfer classroom training into everyday behavior. <br />Lee hasworked with both front-line .employees and managers in the area of Assertive <br />Gommunication.
