Staff <br />recommends approval of the requested one-year extension. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The final plat for Rocky Ridge Estates was approved on October 15, 2007. The standard one <br />year time line expired October 15, 2008. The applicant has requested a one year extension. <br />The City Council recently discussed an extension policy. At that time, it was understood that in <br />many cases, an extension would be appropriate. The Council seemed to agree that a total of two <br />years of extension would be favorable. <br />The Council may want to limit extensions to protect itself.
