These optional elements can be performed at the discretion of Elk River. T G 11.KDevelop a timeline and phasing strategy for development by imagining a 20-year goal for the site and working backward through the necessary steps to achieve that goal. 12. Create a checklist to assess the potential for projects on the site to achieve LEED® certification. 13. Develop strategies for local or on-site energy production. Developing a framework for providing sustainable energy to the site will significantly impact the potential of the site. 14. Coordinate with a marketing specialist to create a brochure that can be used to communicate the goals for the project to potential developers and tenants. 15. Present strategies for implementation based on the preferred scenario to the EDA, city council, and planning commission.
