CUNINGHAM G R O U P 2. Scope of Services Task 2.0 Review Existing Conditions We supplement our existing knowledge with a survey of additional information as identified in the Request for Proposal. 2.1 Summary Analysis of Existing Conditions 2.2 Precedent Study 2.3 Review of Existing Market Studies and Conditions Task 3.0 Data Gathering Focus Group(s) We organize one (1) focus group (additional focus groups meetings optional) with the core client group and key stakeholders and discuss strategic questions. These meeting set the stage for the development ideas in Part 2. 3.1 Focus Group Meeting 3.2 Coordination Meeting with Staff Part 2: "Ideas" Part 2 focuses on the development of alternatives that address the specific issues raised by the existing conditions analysis in Part 1. We develop a draft set of design standards as well as to establish frameworks and initial alternatives. Task 4.0 Draft Deliverables 4.1 Draft Development Standards + 4.2 Development Framework and List of Amenities 4.3 Development Concept Alternatives 4.4 coordination Meeting with Staff Part 3: Deciding In Part 3, the team develops a desired alternative and specific recommendations for the study area. The team produces two separate deliverables. Task S.0 Summary Report The final report is an illustrated document that summarizes the process, findings, and recommendations.
