Please bring <br />along your green covered Feasibility Study. I will be prepared at the public hearing to make a brief <br />presentation of the Feasibility Study discussing the proposed improvements. I will include in my <br />presentation a discussion of the costs of the sanitary sewer and water improvements, together with <br />other associated costs involved with a homeowner actually hooking up to the system. These would <br />include the Sewer Availability Charge, Water Availability Charge, the extension of the sewer and <br />water services to the home, and monthly user charges. At the close of my presentation, I will be <br />ready to answer questions from the City Council and/or public in attendance. <br /> <br />After the public hearing, if the City Council desires that the project move forward, the attached <br />resolution should be considered for adoption.
