The retail space currently is allowed signage which is visible from Zane Street, Highway <br />169 and various locations in the development. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The PUD Agreement was created and entered on December 21, 1999. The development standards <br />regulate the typical items such as building materials, lighting and signage.
