Department <br />13065 Orono Parkway <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br />RE: Pintail Estates Final Plat Extension <br />.Riverside Companies is asking for a one year extension for the recording of Pintail <br />Estates. Spectrum High School and the City of Elk River Parks Department are. _ <br />working on a delayed park fee agreement. Approval of said agreement should be on <br />the September 15 .Council agenda. It is our intent to record Pintail Estates in <br />September of 2008, but the plat would expire on September 17 if it is not filed by then. <br />We consider this. a precautionary measure. <br />It is the hope of Riverside Companies and Spectrum.High School that the City of Elk <br />River will grant us this Final Plat Extension.
