Traffic vo. lumes .increased. by 177% on CR 12 by .adding proposed <br />roads. Is th~s road now deficmnt for futUre traffic volumes???? <br /> <br /> 3. How reliable is the data to support roads "D", "E", and "F"?????? <br /> <br />4. Highways 10 and 169 are State roads .... This is Mn. D.O.T's <br />responsibility. <br /> <br />5. Mn.
