SIGN REOUIKEM~NTS <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />General Guidelines <br /> <br />All signs within HILLSIDE CROSSING II Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) must consist of materials and a design which compliments the <br />architectural elements of the principle building and character of the project. <br /> <br />All free standing signs shall have a minimum ten (10) foot setback from all <br />property lines. <br /> <br />Prior to installing any signs, a sign permit must be obtained from the City <br />of Elk River Planning Department. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Development Si~ (Along Highway 169) <br /> <br />One fi'eestanding development sign identifying MEN~S will be <br />permitted at the southeast comer of Lot 1, Block 1, HILLSIDE <br />CROSSING II (Menards parcel) <br /> <br />This sign may have a maximum height of Thirty (30) feet and width of <br />Thirty-Four (34) feet. Multiple tenants may be identified on this sign; in <br />compliance with the city sign ordinance. <br /> <br />3. Attachment A, - an illustration of the preliminary development sign. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Development Sign (Highway # 169 and 197th Avenue) <br /> <br />A second development sign will be installed at the intersection of Highway <br />#169 and 197th Ave. N.W. <br /> <br />This sign may have a maximum height of Twenty - Four feet and a width <br />of Sixteen (16) feet. Total area shall not exceed Three Hundred Eighty <br />Four (384) square feet. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Said development sign will be of a monument style and will serve as an <br />entrance sign to HILLSIDE CROSSING, as shown on Attachment B. <br /> <br /> <br />
