This plan shall include site plan, general landscaping <br />plan, grading plan, setback plan, complete sign package, a <br />written narrative of project standards. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Appropriate permits be obtained from MNDOT authorizing <br />grading and improvements in the right-of-way. <br /> <br />The approved sign package consist of one freestanding <br />development sign similar to attachment "B" in the proposed <br />PUD Agreement. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The development plan has interior driveways that connect to <br />each of the businesses in Hillside Crossing I and Hillside <br />Crossing II.
