Bidder <br />Triple Combination Pumper Specifications for the 64 Complies <br />City of Elk River Minnesota Yes No <br />properly connected and in working order. <br />The prime mover shall be started from a cold start condition and the line voltage electrical <br />system loaded to 100 percent of the nameplate rating. <br />The power source shall be operated at 100 percent of its nameplate voltage for a minimum of <br />two (2) hours unless the system meets category certification as defined in NFPA 1901 chapter <br />19-14.5. <br />Where the line voltage power is derived from the vehicle's low voltage system, the minimum <br />continuous electrical load as defined in NFPA 1901 Chapter 9 shall be applied to the low <br />voltage electrical system during the operational test. <br />GENERATOR <br />The apparatus shall be equipped with a complete electrical power system. The wiring and <br />generator installation shall conform to the present National Electrical Codes Standards of the <br />National Fire Protection Association. The installation shall be designed for continuous <br />operation without overheating and undue stress on components. <br />Generator Performance <br />-Continuous Duty rating: 6,000 watts <br />-Nominal Volts: 120/240 - - <br />-Amperage: .5_Q~..1_2_.0_. volts, ..2_5..~240 volts <br />-Phase: Single <br />-Cycles: 60 hertz <br />-RPM range: 600 to 3,300 <br />The output of the generator shall be controlled by an internal hydraulic system. An electrical <br />instrument gauge panel shall be provided for the operator to monitor and control all electrical : <br />operations and output. <br />The generator shall utilize the main chassis transmission to power the generator.
