These <br />uses are intended for the direct provision of governmental <br />services to the public as distinguished from governmental <br />buildings and facilities. <br /> <br />GROUP HOME, RESIDENTIAL: A building or structure where persons <br />reside for purposes of rehabilitation, treatment, or specia[ <br />care.
