Consider March 19, 2001 Agenda <br /> Motion to approve made by Paul Motin, seconded by Virginia Wendell. 4-0. <br />b. Approve February 12, 2001 Minutes <br /> Motion to approve made by Gary Eitel, seconded by Paul Motin. 4-0. <br />c. Consider check register for February, 2001 <br /> <br />Discussion/Board Action Items <br />a. Joint Powers Agreement <br /> Michele will send out a new copy with a cover letter to everyone. Each board/council <br /> will review and bring back next month. <br />b. Community Recreation Deficit from 1991-1999 <br /> Lori provided reports indicating that we do not show a deficit at this time. Lori will call <br /> Sandy Booth at the District office and continue looking into this matter. <br /> <br />Staff Reports/Informational Updates - report enclosed <br />a. Spring Programming <br />b. Summer Programming <br /> <br />Community Reports <br />a. Elk River- none. <br />b. Hassan Township - none. <br />c. Otsego - none. <br />d. Rogers - Wants to make sure that Community Education and Community Recreation are <br /> involved in facility discussions within the District. <br />e. ISD 728 - Community Education received a $500,000 grant for family life center, which <br /> would be shared with Early Childhood Screening, WlC, Headstart, ECFE and ECSE. <br /> <br />Set next meeting <br />April 16th set as the next meeting <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />Motion to adjourn was made by Paul Motin, seconded by Virginia Wendell. 4-0. <br /> <br /> <br />
