The Old town land <br />use designation allows for a mix of uses including residential (single and multi-family), <br />commercial, office, service and public/civic. It includes single family residential and multi- <br />family neighborhoods, the central commercial district, parks and river frontage and schools <br />in and around the Central Business District. The need for preservation, revitalization, <br />renovation and redevelopment is stressed. <br />Zoning <br />Old Town includes the following zoning districts: <br />• DD (DownTown District) <br />• C1 (Central Business District) <br />• C2 (Office District) <br />• C3 (Highway Commercial) <br />• R1c (Single Family Residential) <br />• RZ (Two Family Residential) <br />• R3 (Townhouse District) <br />• R4 (Multi-Family) <br />• PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />
