Sec. 74-97. Nighttime parking <br />(a) No vehicle shall be parked between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br />on Lowell and ~ackson Avenues between Highway 10 and Main Street, on Main Street <br />between Lowell Avenue and Highway 10, on ~ackson Avenue between Highway 10 and 5`'' <br />Street and on Railroad Drive. <br />lbl No vehicle shall be parked overnight in the King Avenue parking lot unless it is <br />displa~g a resident parking~ermit as issued by the Police Chief or his designee. <br />~{b} Violations of this section are punishable as provided in section 74-91. <br />(Code 1982, ~ 1100.10(4)) <br />Sec. 74-99. ~R Parking in municipal parking lots. <br />(a) The municipal parking lots along the Burlington Northern Railroad axe designated <br />for either commuter or public ~~ ;`~ ~` ~° °~_~°-_~ parking.; <br />(b1 The posted employee parking area within the King Avenue parking lot requires <br />employee vehicles to displa~parking~ermits -as issued by the Police Chief or his designee. <br />~{t}} Violations of this section are punishable as provided in section 74-91. <br />(Code 1982, ~ 1100.10(8)) <br />
