Call Meetin.q-To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council <br />was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Klinzing. <br /> <br />Consider 4/2/2001 A.qenda <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER TVEITE MOVED TO APPROVE THE AGENDA. COUNClLMEMBER <br />MOTIN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />3. 2000 Annual Report Presentation <br /> <br />City Administrator Pat Klaers noted that all department heads were present for <br />the annual report presentation. The Council was provided a copy of the 2000 <br />Annual Reports for each department. The City Administrator reviewed the <br />accomplishments of 2000 and the goals of 2001 for each of the departments by <br />using a Power Point presentation. Following the City Administrator's review of one <br />half of the departments, a 30-minute video presentation was shown. The video <br />depicted department events and happenings in the year 2000. The City <br />Administrator completed his Power Point presentation of the annual reports. <br /> <br />Following the annual report presentation, the Council took the opportunity to <br />discuss issues of concern with the department heads. Following the discussion the <br />Council thanked the department heads for their service and dedication to their <br />jobs. <br /> <br />8.
