§ 30-757 <br /> <br />VICTORIA CODE <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />prior to commencement of any tree re- <br />moval, a letter of credit equal to 125 <br />percent of the city's estimated cost to <br />furnish and replace the trees. <br /> <br />The security shall be maintained at least <br />for one year after the date that the last <br />replacement tree has been planted. Upon <br />a showing by the developer and such <br />inspection as may be made by the city, <br />that portion of the security may be re- <br />leased by the city equal to the estimated <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />cost of the replacement trees which are <br />alive and healthy at the end of such year. <br />Upon completion of the replanting of such <br />trees, the entire security shall be re- <br />leased. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the provisions of this <br />section, no portion of the security shall be <br />released while there are unsatisfied <br />developer's obligations to indemnify the <br />city for any expenses incurred in enforc- <br />ing the terms of the agreement. <br /> <br /> (c) Procedural table.
