All applicants for the license must file with the city clerk proof ora <br /> public liability Lusurance policy coveting all operations of the applicant hereunder for the <br /> sum of at least three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) combined single limit <br /> coverage. If this insurance is canceled and the licensee fails to replace it with another <br /> policy that conforms to the provisions o£this section, the license is automatically <br /> suspended until the ~iability insurance is replaced. <br />Chemical Treatment Requirements. Applicants who propose to use chemical substances <br />in any activity related to treatment or disease control of trees must file with thc office of <br />the Community D~vclopment Director proof that the applicant administering the <br />treatment has been certified by the State Departm~t of Agriculture as a "Commercial <br />Pesticide Applicator" for the current year of operation. <br />Revocation of License. Failure to comply with any part of this chapter will result in the <br />revocation of the license by thc City Council, following a public heating. Written notice <br />of the public hearing must be mailed at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing to thc <br />current holder of the license. The notice must outline the violation(s) considered by the <br />City to be grounds for revocation and inform thc holder of the opportunity to be heard at <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />(9) Effective Date. This ordinance will be in force and effect from and after its passage and <br /> publication according to law.
