Reforestation. <br /> <br />If the land alteration results in woodland removal beyond the woodland removal <br />threshold, the applicant shall be required to submit a reforestation plan. The <br />reforestation plan rnus~ be submitted prior to final plat approval. The <br />reforestation plans shall include: <br /> <br />1. Location of proposed reforestation. <br /> <br />2. Species and size of proposed plantings. <br /> <br />3. Quantity of proposed plantings. <br /> <br />b. The reforestation plan shall comply with the following criteria: <br /> <br />Tree replacement will be predicated on total number of diameter inches of <br />significant trees removed beyond the threshold limits outlined in 540.05, <br />Subd. 4. <br /> <br />Actual replacement quantities shall be adjusted based on the type of <br />woodland removed in accordance with the following guidelines: (Ord. <br />890; 3/24/97) <br /> <br />Class A. <br /> <br />Fast-~owing Deciduous Species - predominantly boxelder, <br />cottonwood, ~pen, Siberian elm, American elm, silver <br />maple, red maple, willow: 10%. <br /> <br />Class B. Conifer - predominantly pine, spruce, cedar: 75% <br /> <br /> <br />
