<br />This section shall not apply to lots of ?o,rd on August 15., 1.995; to oe.v. elo. pmen~s ~or ~wm. cn _

<br />unit development plans have been approved by me ci.t~ wiuun two Iz) years prior to August

<br />accepted by the C~ty for review, but not yet acted upon, prior to August 15, 1995; or to sites th_at

<br />however, strongly encourage tr~ preservation on all lots in the City.

<br /> Subd, 2. ~. For purposes of !~_~s section, the following defined worth and

<br />Critical Root Zone, The circular ~ under the tree as determined by one foot of
<br />radius for each one inch of diameter.

<br />protected during the construction process by tr~ protection fencing if within
<br />fifteen feet (I5') of any disturbance zone.
