<br />unit development plans have been approved by me ci.t~ wiuun two Iz) years prior to August

<br />accepted by the C~ty for review, but not yet acted upon, prior to August 15, 1995; or to sites th_at

<br />however, strongly encourage tr~ preservation on all lots in the City.
