Planning efforts will attempt to <br />balance environmental, economic, and social values and apply the concepts of sustainable design, smart ~owth, and <br />green buildings. <br /> <br />Expenses <br /> <br />The applicant and/or project partners must provide <br />matching funds--at minimum, a dollar-for-dollar <br />match. The match may be in the form of in-kind <br />services or cash.
