Priority Area Three: Targeted Funding <br />Goal: The Boys & Girls Clubs of Elk River is an effective means to provide <br />consistent, quality programs to address the needs of youth in our Communities. The <br />Board is a powerful vehicle to address financial support of the organization. needs <br />and sustain the future of daily Club programs and services for its youth members <br />through specialized programming and initiatives. <br />Targeted Funding Committee: Chairperson; Todd Sharapata <br />Objectives: <br />1. To develop quarterly funding support for General Club programming and <br />increased impact of Club. <br />2. To sustain current areas of funding focus, this includes BGCA grant support <br />3. Provide outcome measurements to support "impact" in the five core areas of <br />programming: <br />Character & Leadership Development; Education & Career Development; <br />The Arts; Sports, Fitness & Recreation; Health & Life Skills. <br />4. To develop new areas of funding focus for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Elk River <br />efforts, including, but not limited to: <br />a. Individuals <br />b. Corporations <br />c. Government <br />d. Special events <br />e. Foundations <br />
