Priority Area One; Budget Process <br />Goal: In order to pursue and manage the Boys & Girls Clubs of Elk River funding <br />opportunities and support consistent program delivery, the Board requires a vibrant, <br />representative, responsive organizational structure with 100% participation. <br />Budget Committee: (Chairperson); Jennifer Cira <br />Objectives: <br />1. Increase active participation by local Club Board Members to plan and <br />approve budgets. <br />2. Increase active participation by Board Members to review and evaluate <br />progress toward budgets. <br />3. Establish a Working Group to look at and recommend the best means for the <br />Boys & Girls Clubs of Elk River to manage annual budget. <br />
