expense, not to be reimbursed under the JPA, with a seasonally <br />appropriate patrol uniform of the day and equipment, including but not <br />limited to (See JPA Attachment D): <br />a. Normal Line Patrol Working Uniform -Provider=s; <br />b. Outer wear Uniform appropriate for conditions, i.e. jackets and hats <br />- Provider=s; <br />c. Rain wear; <br />d. Duty Belt with Provider=s approved items, i.e. Taser, Mace etc.; <br />e. Portable Radio -Provider=s ; <br />f. Sidearm -Provider Approved; <br />g. Personal Armor -Provider=s; <br />h. Traffic Control Vest; <br />i. Riot .Helmet - if Provider required and provided; and <br />j. Gas Mask - if Provider required and provided. <br />2. Personal Specialty Equipment- Is equipped and/or supplied by Provider at <br />Provider=s own expense, not to be reimbursed under the JPA, with <br />personal specialty equipment required to fulfill listed assignments for any <br />specialty detail of the following: <br />a. Motorcycle; <br />b. Bicycle; <br />c. Horse; <br />d. Canine; <br />e. SWAT; <br />f. Bomb; <br />g. Water patrol; and <br />h. Civil Disturbance; <br />i. Etc. <br />II. Pre-RNC Required Information for Licensed Peace Officers and Election of Option Form <br />A. Information required on the form: <br />1. Employee Name; <br />2. Rank; <br />3. Years of Service; <br />4. Internal Affairs Information; <br />5. Regular Hourly Rate of Pay for the Named Officer Under Current or Settled <br />Union Contract; <br />6. Overtime Hourly Rate of Pay for the Named Officer Under Current or <br />Settled Union Contract; and <br />7. Anticipated Reimburse Cost Items. SPPD needs to be able to anticipate <br />and determine costs associated with meals, travel and lodging. Therefore, <br />SPPD needs each Provider to submit travel and lodging cost they will seek <br />reimbursement for on the form, for each officer. Also, if an officer is not <br />going to eat SPPD supplied meals, SPPD needs to know that information <br />also, since it is a cost item. <br />
