Characteristics include a large wetland area covering <br />approximately 45 acres on the eastern portion, and a variably wooded area <br />and a rising topography heading west. <br /> <br />The large wetland area on the east side of the project will need to be <br />impacted with a new road in order to gain access to the developable area on <br />the west end of the property.
