Once the RTA report is finalized, staff will distribute a second letter to all the restaurant <br />contacts including excerpts from the RTA report and updated sites list. Meetings will be <br />scheduled with primary restaurant contacts to discuss opportunities to locate in Elk <br />River. <br />
