On 01-30-96 you observed two suspicious males near Martin <br />Plaza in the City of Elk River. Acting on'instinct and training, <br />you investigated the situation, which resulted in the arrest of <br />two suspects for burglary. Your'actions on that evening are in <br />keeping with the highest standards of not only the Elk River <br />Police Department, but Law Enforcement nation wide.
