Library <br />2009 Goals <br />^ Evaluate and improve library programming by surveying patrons and staff. <br />^ Improve use of building by adding a ramp at the main entrance, install changing <br />station in restroom, complete end caps in the juvenile section, and evaluate the drive- <br />thru book drop. <br />^ Increase customer service to patrons by offering more one-on-one assistance in the <br />public service areas of the library. <br />• Consider options like headsets or pagers to improve staff communication, allowing <br />an increase in patron assistance when needed at the main desk or other areas of the <br />library. <br />
