Staff will provide a verbal update at the HRA meeting on the <br />following items: <br />• Jackson Place <br />• The Bluffs of Elk River <br />In addition, a representative from Avalax Minnesota Real Estate will be at the HRA meeting <br />to provide a brief update on the recent grand opening and marketing activities for the Bluffs <br />of Elk River. <br />
