Minnesota <br />Sports Federation is a highly successful private non-profit organization with over 200,000 <br />members and participants in the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />The Board of Directors has authorized construction of a $2,300,000 complex which would <br />be designed for indoor training, basketball, volleyball, soccer, touch football, and an <br />outdoor soccer complex. I have enclosed additional information on the proposal and <br />additional background information on the Minnesota Sports Federation for your review. <br /> <br />I will be in contact with you early in January to determine your interest in discussing this <br />proposal with your City Council.
